Kaduna State Commissioner for Local Government Affairs Sadiq Mamman Lagos has emerged the Chairman of the 36 States Commissioners for Local Government Affairs of Nigeria.
This followed the stepping down of Kano State Deputy Governor and former Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Hon. Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, after his reassignment to a different ministry by the Kano State Government.
Dateline Nigeria reports that Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos was unanimously endorsed by all 36 States Commissioners across the federation as the new Chairman of the association.
The endorsement event took place on Saturday at the Fifth Chukker, Mararraban Jos, Kaduna.
