Governor of Zamfara State Dr Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun) has approved the appointments of three Permanent Secretaries and a Principal Private Secretary (PPS).
The parmanent secretaries are: Garba Ahmad Gusau, Abubakar Jafar Maradun and Bala Umar Tsafe. The new PPS is Lawal Umar Maradun, a statement by the Press Secretary to the Zamfara State governor, Jamilu Iliyasu Birnin Magaji, said.
Before his appointment as permanent secretary, Garba Ahmad Gusau served as the Director finance Zamfara State Hajj Commission and Zamfara State Primary Education Board.
Alhaji Abubakar Ja’afar Maradun Before his appointment as permanent secretary was the Principal Private Secretary to the Governor, PPS.
Similarly, Bala Umar Tsafe Before his appointment served as Liaison officer Abuja Liason Office, Former Secretary Zamfara state Local Government service Commission and his last position is the Secretary Zamfara state Rural water Agency (RUWATSAN)
The new Principal Private Secretary to the Governor Lawal Umar Maradun worked with the Abdu Gusau Polytechnic Talata Mafara as Senior Lecturer Department of Mass Communication where he served as Head of Department (Mass Communication)
and later appointed as Journalist and media Relations Specialist TRIMING PROJECT a world Bank project under the federal ministry of water Resources.
