Kylian Mbappe has denied wanting Neymar and head coach Mauricio Pochettino to leave Paris-Saint Germain after reports the French star had a say on who should leave the club.
Mbappe’s new contract at PSG is expected to see him have more of a say in ongoings at the club, which could include which individuals comes in to the Parc des Princes, as well as those who could leave.
British publication Sportbible claimed Mbappe made a list of 14 names who should leave PSG ahead of the new season.
Mauricio Pochettino and Neymar were among the names of those that Mbappe apparently wanted rid of.
Thilo Kehrer, Julian Draxler, Danilo Pereira, Leandro Walls, Ander Herrera, Layvin Kurzawa, Mauro Icardi, Pablo Sarabia, Juan Bernat, Idrissa Gueye, Colin Dagba, and Sergio Rico were the other names included.
Mbappe took to Twitter and Instagram simply posting the word “FAKE” in response to the reports.
