The new Flag Officer Commanding (FOC), Nigerian Navy, Rear Admiral Ibrahim Abdullahi Dewu, has resumed duty in an impressive handing and taking over ceremony from Rear Admiral Sanusi Kashim Ibrahim.
It will be recalled that the Nigerian Navy had late last month carried out massive postings and appointments of its senior officers, which affected Rear Admiral Sanusi Kashim Ibrahim, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command, who moved to Naval Headquarters as Navy Secretary, while Rear Admiral Ibrahim Dewu was moved from Navy Hotels and Suites Limited where he was Managing Director to Eastern Naval Command as Flag Officer Commanding.
