The Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) will hold its 2023 National Biennial Convention in Oweri, the Imo State capital, between June 15 and 17, 2023.
Elections to usher in new Executive Committee for the guild will also hold at the convention, the General Secretary of the NGE Iyobosa Uwugiaren, PhD, said in a statement on Monday.
The convention “will also afford us a huge opportunity to examine media issues arising from the 2023 post-election. With a theme “Post 2023 Election: Promoting Professionalism for Enhancement of
Democracy and Good Governance” the statement added.
