Nigeria’s first-ever dedicated television program on energy, the Energy Outlook, kicks off as the first episode aired on Friday, January 17, 2025
Powered by Dublin-Gray Partners, a strategic communications company, in partnership with Parallax Media Group, a media content and production company, the weekly live program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the critical issues shaping the energy sector.
From policy discussions to regulatory insights, the program will analyze the key decisions influencing growth and sustainability in Nigeria’s energy sector.
Discussions on the program will focus on power, and energy access with efforts around renewable energy, oil and gas, including innovative technologies, and sustainable eco-friendly solutions that are reshaping Nigeria’s energy ecosystem.
Wisdom Chapp-Jumbo, a former anchor of the Power Solutions radio show and seasoned Communications Executive, has been announced as the anchor of the energy program. He is widely known within Nigeria’s energy sector. Between 2020 and 2023, he produced and hosted Power Solutions on Nigeria Info FM, interviewing nearly 100 energy experts and stakeholders in the off-grid space.

The program will air live every Friday at 6pm on the UpgradeTV YouTube Channel, owned by Parallax Media Group. Starting January 31st, it will also be broadcast Live every Friday at 6pm on PlusTV Africa (DSTV Channel 408) and Royal Roots TV (R2TV) GOTV Channel 145.
