NNPC to sustain oil search in inland basins, Kyari tells Nasarawa governor

Nasarawa State Governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule on Thursday visited the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Malam Mele Kolo Kyari.

At the occasion, the GMD expressed NNPC’s desire to sustain ongoing search for commercial hydrocarbon deposits in the inland sedimentary basins especially the Nasarawa area of the Lower Benue Trough.

Gov Sule, who thanked the GMD for the oil exploration efforts, also assured that Nasarawa people would provide the necessary support so as to make the corporation succeed in all its endeavours across the state.
