NSCDC and IHS Nigeria formalize asset protection partnership

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has formalized a strategic partnership with IHS Nigeria to enhance the protection of Critical National Assets and Infrastructure across the country.

During an official visit to IHS Nigeria’s corporate headquarters in Lagos, the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, was received by the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of IHS Nigeria, Mr. Mohamad Darwish.

The engagement reaffirmed both organizations’ commitment to strengthening public-private collaboration in safeguarding national infrastructure.

As a demonstration of support, IHS Nigeria donated two fully-equipped operational vehicles to the Corps to bolster its field operations.

The partnership was further cemented with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at deepening mutual cooperation and operational synergy.

The visit was attended by senior executives and officers from both institutions, reflecting a shared vision for national security, institutional integrity, and socio-economic development.
