Former Governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike has paid a congratulatory visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at his residence in Abuja.
Wike, a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is one of the 48 persons nomiated as ministers by President Bola Tinubu.
