The Minister of State for Regional Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu, on Wednesday, received the leadership of the Horse Racing Federation of Nigeria (HRFN) led by the Chairman Alhaji Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata, in his Abuja office.
The visit centered on exploring strategic collaboration between the Ministry and the Federation to further preserve and promote horse racing as a cultural sport and economic driver, especially in the Northern region.
Dantata commended the Minister’s visionary leadership and impactful initiatives across the Northern Regional Development Commissions.
In response, the Minister applauded the Federation for keeping alive a proud tradition while creating opportunities for jobs, tourism, and unity — and reaffirmed his unwavering support for their noble efforts.
