Vice President Kashim Shettima, on Saturday, attended the wedding Fatiha of Alhaji Mustapha Sani Abacha, son of former Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha.
Mustapha Abacha, who was born in the Aso Rock villa when his father was Head of State, married his heartthrob Safa Tijjani Saleh Gaidam in Maiduguri
The Vice President was accompanied by the Governors Dauda Lawal (Zamfara) and Abba Kabir Yusuf (Kano), as well as the Deputy Governor of Borno State, Hon. Umar Usman Kadafur.
Others are the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Atikua Bagudu, Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, Mele Kyari Kyari, Chairman/CEO NDLEA, Brig Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd), Sen. Borno Central Kaka Shehu Lawan, members of the National and State Assemblies, among other party stalwarts.
The wedding solemnization took place at Mohammed Ali Mosque, Old GRA, Maiduguri, according to Shettima’s spokesman Stanley Nkwocha.
