President Bola Tinubu has appointed Alhaji Ibrahim Masari, as Special Adviser on Political Affairs.
Presidential spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.
Tinubu had earlier appointed Masari in 2023 as Senior Special Assistant on Political Affairs.
Masari, a Katsina-born politician, previously served as Welfare Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the tenure of former party chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
As Special Adviser, Masari will work alongside Alhaji Yau Darazo, who was appointed by the President in July 2023. (NAN)
