Nigeria’s UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, retained his title after knocking out Brazilian Paulo Costa in the second round of the UFC 253 bout in Abu Dhabi.
This is his 20th career MMA victory.
In his previous fight, Adesanya defeated Yoel Romero by decision at the UFC 248 pay-per-view event from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
