The Emir of Zazzau Amb Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli, has approved the elevation of Sa’in Zazzau Alhaji Idris Ibrahim Idris to the title of Danmadamin Zazzau.
The new Danmadami succeeds his brother Alhaji Kabiru Ibrahim Idris who held the title until his death recently, thus creating a vacuum in the traditional set up in Zazzau Emirate,
The emir has equally approved the elevation of Alhaji Adamu Umar Idris Baraden Zazzau to the title of Sa’in Zazzau.
Subsequently, the emir approved the appointment of Mu’azu Nuhu Bamalli, a Deputy Director with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as the new Baraden Zazzau.
All the elevations and appointment are with immediate effect, while date of the turbanning would be announced later, the emirate said.
